Credits are how usage is measured in the Sales Automation platform. You only spend credits when you perform an action. Here is how credits are used: - Search for employees: 1 credit per employee - Search for companies: 1 credit per company - Live enrichment of employees: 5 credits per employee - Live enrichment of companies: 5 credits per company - Generate a message with AI: 5 credits - Run in-depth company research: 5 credits - AI ranking to identify best-matching leads: 10 credits - Unlock an email address: 40 credits - Unlock a phone number: 200 credits Lighter actions like searching use fewer credits, while data enrichment, AI processing, and unlocking contact details use more.
Yes. You can cancel, upgrade, or downgrade your subscription at any time. Changes take effect immediately, and your credit balance is reset to match the new plan.
Yes. Unused credits roll over each month, up to a limit. Your total credit balance can reach up to 2x the monthly credits included in your active subscription. For example, if your plan includes 60,000 credits per month, you can hold up to 120,000 credits in total.
Yes. All subscriptions include access to all product features. Plans only differ in how many credits you receive each month, so you can decide how to spend them based on your priorities.
Yes. If you run out of credits, you can purchase an additional top-up. Contact us at contact@salesautomation.io with the email address of your account and how many credits you would like to buy. We will add the credits to your account and charge a prorated amount based on your current plan.
If you have an active subscription, you can earn extra credits by referring new customers. Credits are added only when your referral becomes a paying customer. The number of credits depends on the outcome of the referral. Contact us if you would like to learn more.
